Unfortunately, No... there is no forgiveness when it comes to mortgages... If your disability is military related, then you will receive VA monthly benefits.. if it was not military related, then you will receive SSI disability income.. regardless, you will still have income.. if you cannot afford your home, then there might be some charity services that can help pay down your loan or help with remodeling it to accommodate your disability.. but the VA themselves will not discharge a loan if the borrower becomes disabled. I'm a preferred Lender with California and Arizona being my primary markets. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com NMLS# 226347 / LendUS, NMLS 1938/ AZMB0121893

Unfortunately no but I have had Veteran clients that were able to get their student loans forgiven at 100% disability. Please feel free to contact me for more information or help. | John Burke | Senior Mortgage Banker | Great Plains Bank | http://www.valoansdoneright.com | (877)228-9069 | Lending in ALL 50 states
